Process Mapping

We have carried out process mapping for a number of organisations in order to improve the production and business process and remove duplication, waste and bottlenecks. This will help assist in reducing internal lead-times. Attached is a pdf file slide which summarises a typical business process which in turn helps view the materials management and purchasing issues which ulimately help contribute to on-time delivery of finished goods. process_map

Training Courses Available

Download a copy of the course 'Purchasing and Supply Management for SME's'. This original course was designed, developed and delivered by Jeremy Johnson and run at the Institute for Manufacturing, University of Cambridge in 2004/2005 & 2006.

This was a series of three evening workshops providing a practical oveview of purchasing and supply management. It is a good example of the type of course we could develop for any manufacturing business.
