Process Mapping
We have carried out process mapping for a number of organisations in order to improve the production and business process and remove duplication, waste and bottlenecks. This will help assist in reducing internal lead-times. Attached is a pdf file slide which summarises a typical business process which in turn helps view the materials management and purchasing issues which ulimately help contribute to on-time delivery of finished goods.
Recruitment
We have assisted companies with the recruitment of purchasing and supply managers ensuring that the candidates are kept fully informed during the recruitment process. We also continue to act as an intermediary and coach between the recruited person and the organisation for the first year to ensure successful integration. 
The CIPS Bhutan Project
Jeremy Johnson is currently a CIPS Project Consultant on a World Bank funded project. The aim of the project is to develop capacity and capability in purchasing within the Public Sector of the Royal Kingdom of Bhutan.
